Shipping, Local Pick up, & Returns


Shipping Policy

•I offer Free Shipping for all orders $150 or more before tax. I ship at an $8.50 flat rate for all other orders.
SHIPPING RATES ON OVERSIZED ITEMS- there will be an $3 extra shipping charge THAT I WILL SEND DIRECT TO YOU VIA AN INVOICE.

•Packages ship within 24 hours of placing your order! (Excluding holidays & holiday weekends. If this happens, your package will ship on the next biz day) Please check your emails for tracking. 

 
Multiple Local Options Available 

~Shop the website and choose the appropriate local option.

•Local porch drop off (Done on Fridays, excluding holiday weekends. The delivery will be done on the next biz day when this is the case.) HOLLISTER ONLY-Under shipping, choose local delivery.

•Local porch pick up from my porch in Hollister(Ready within 24 hours of placing your order. Please check for your pick up emails)- Receive $5 CFLB cash when you choose this option-Change option at checkout to pick up in store (meaning my online store porch pick up) Bags are on my porch 8am-8pm DAILY. 
BAGS MUST BE PICKED UP WITHIN 7 DAYS OF PROCESSING OR THE ITEMS WILL NO LONGER BE ELIGIBLE FOR RETURNS. Thank you for understanding! 

•PLEASE NOTE- I AM NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST, STOLEN, OR DAMAGED PACKAGES

•Morgan Hill/Gilroy area option- Pick up at Lana’s Dance Studio in Gilroy Tue- 5:45-6:30pm & Wed- 5:30-6:15pm-**IF THIS IS THE OPTION YOU WANT, PLEASE CHOOSE DELIVERY at checkout and I will contact you via email after I see your Morgan Hill or Gilroy address in your order for more info.** 

~CHOOSING THE CORRECT METHOD TO GET YOUR CFLB TO YOU- Please be sure you're paying attention at check out & on your invoices to the different options there are to get your CFLB to you. Which ever method you choose is FINAL- If choose the wrong option there is a $2 reprocessing fee (For both locals & shippers)

Fee is on top of the regular $8.50 shipping fee if necessary. 


 

Return Policy

~CFLB has a no refund policy. I do exchanges only.

Exchange shop credit MUST BE USED WITHIN 90 DAYS of issuance. No exceptions. Thank you for understanding! 

~SHIPPERS-I ask that you initiate your exchange with me within 3 days of you receiving your styles. I will then need them back in my hands within 7 days from your message to me.

~LOCALS-You can bring your styles back to my porch (or dance studio)  within 7 days of picking up. You MUST contact me first to let me know either via email or social media messaging. If failure to contact me first, I will reject the exchange. 

~I MUST be told of all styles being exchanged. If one comes back that I was not told about I WILNOT accept it back and I will send it back with/to you. 
~Items must be unworn with tags still on. NO EXCEPTIONS!
Please be advised that the shopper is responsible for all return shipping charges if you're a shipper..

Defective Item(s) Policy

We ask that you inspect your CFLB for any defects.  In the case that you do find a defect on your Fashion Find with tags attached please send an email with pictures to shopcharsfashionlounge@yahoo.com.   Please understand that defective items do not include improper laundering or cutting into packages with sharp objects, or improper tag removal.
