Buy Online Pick Up In Store Offered
~Shop quick by shopping the website and choosing the buy online pick up in store option at checkout. Your order will be processed and ready for you to pick up within 1 hour of purchasing during regular business hours.
~IF YOU PURCH ANYTHING AFTER STORE HOURS JUST KNOW THEY WILL BE PROCESSED AND READY FOR PICK UP BY OPENING TIME OF THE STORE ON THE NEXT BUSINESS DAY AFTER PURCHASING!!
~CHOOSING THE CORRECT METHOD TO GET YOUR CFLB TO YOU- Please be sure you're paying attention at check out on your invoices to the different options there are to get your CFLB to you. Which ever method you choose is FINAL! LOCALS- If you chose buy online pick up in store but need it shipped due to you not actually being a local there is a 2$ reprocessing fee (For both locals & shippers) on top of the regular 8.50$ shipping fee.
Return Policy
~CFLB has a no refund policy. I do exchanges only.
~SHIPPERS-I ask that initiate your exchange with me within 3 days of you receiving your styles. I will then need them back in my hands within 7 days from your message to me.
~LOCALS-You can bring your styles back to the store within 7 days of purchasing. If the store is not open before your window expires please email me (email is at the bottom of this section) or contact me on social media.
Defective Item(s) Policy
We ask that you inspect your Fashion Finds for any defects. In the case that you do find a defect on your Fashion Find with tags attached please send an email with pictures to shopcharsfashionlounge@yahoo.com. Please understand that defective items do not include improper laundering or cutting into packages with sharp objects.
